You'll support the availability and fulfillment of spare parts for Field Services, ensuring the right parts are available to meet service and business requirements.\nWhat will you do?\nCoordinate spare-parts replenishment and fulfillment.\nMonitor shortages, backorders, inventory availability and incoming supply, proactively following up risks.\nFollow up purchase orders and support strong PO Health.\nWork closely with global hubs and suppliers to follow up supply, shortages and recovery actions.\nCoordinate with the Transport team on freight bookings and spot quote requests, supporting timely and cost-effective movement of spare parts.\nCoordinate with 3PLs and suppliers, including requirements for non-standard / ETO items.\nWork with 3PL partners to resolve EDI connection issues, ensuring alignment between systems and resolving discrepancies impacting execution.\nUse Oracle and SAP for daily planning and execution activities.\nWork closely with Field Services Planners on spare-parts requirements linked to work orders.\nUse BFS and bFO to support visibility of service requirements and priorities.\nCollaborate closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and other planning stakeholders.\nConnect with Sales and Field Services to understand priorities and upcoming requirements.\nProactively identify supply risks, drive resolution and escalate critical issues when required.\nWhat are the key skills we are looking for?\nStrong knowledge of Oracle and SAP.\nUnderstanding of Field Services, work orders and spare-parts processes.\nExperience in replenishment, fulfillment, inventory or supply chain execution.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong follow-up and execution mindset.\nAbility to work effectively with global hubs, suppliers, 3PLs, Sales and Planning teams.\nStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful?\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and functions\nProactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n What's in it for me?\nOpportunity to build expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations\nCollaborative, supportive team that values innovation and continuous learning\nExposure to cross-functional projects that expand your professional skill set\nClear career growth pathways within a dynamic supply chain environment\nReady to optimize the flow and drive real impact?
