In this leadership role, you will lead contract management for customer projects and services, guiding a talented team through the full contract lifecycle. You will drive operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure every agreement delivers value for both our customers and our business.

What you’ll do

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle including negotiation, drafting, execution, and renewal
• Direct your team in reviewing and managing commercial aspects to ensure compliance and alignment with scope
• Ensure execution teams understand contract obligations and monitor delivery to meet commitments
• Lead identification of variation orders and contract renewals that support growth and customer satisfaction

• Contract Management - intermediate level; overseeing agreements from formation through execution and renewal
• Contract Negotiation - advanced level; leading discussions that balance customer needs with business objectives
• Contract Review - advanced level; ensuring agreements align with scope, compliance, and risk parameters
• Claims Management - advanced level; resolving disputes and managing claims to protect operational continuity
• Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying and mitigating risks throughout the contract lifecycle
• People Management - intermediate level; directing team priorities and developing talent to meet delivery goals
• Ethical Integrity - advanced level; upholding compliance and transparency in all contractual dealings
• Resilience - advanced level; navigating complex negotiations and high-pressure situations with composure
