Cooling\nLocation: India\nScope: Country / Zone\nMission: Act as the trusted technical advisor and solution leader for Cooling opportunities, ensuring the development of differentiated, value-based solutions that address customer business objectives while maximizing lifecycle performance, energy efficiency, reliability and sustainability.\nDrive the technical-commercial definition of Cooling architectures and lifecycle strategies by integrating equipment, digital, service, retrofit and modernization offerings into a unified customer value proposition.\nKey Responsibilities:\n-Lead technical solution development for Cooling opportunities across Data Centers segment.\n-Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, consultants, EPCs, partners and internal stakeholders.\n-Develop end-to-end Cooling architectures aligned with customer requirements, operational objectives and Schneider Electric standards.\n-Translate customer business challenges into differentiated Cooling solutions focused on reliability, efficiency, resiliency and sustainability.\n-Drive adoption of the ONE-BUSINESS approach by integrating lifecycle services and future asset management strategies at the early stage of opportunity development.\n-Develop and present value-based business cases including:\n* Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)\n* Energy efficiency analysis\n* Reliability assessments\n* Sustainability benefits\n* Lifecycle investment strategies\n-Work closely with Business Development, Sales and Tendering teams to position the most competitive and technically robust solutions.\n-Support qualification and prioritization of strategic opportunities.\n-Ensure technical consistency between customer requirements, proposed designs, execution capabilities and service strategies.\n-Collaborate with ETO Engineering teams to translate conceptual architectures into executable project designs.\n-Identify opportunities for retrofit, modernization and optimization of existing Cooling systems.\n-Support development and deployment of innovative Cooling technologies including liquid cooling, high-density thermal management and future sustainability-focused solutions.\n-Participate in customer workshops, design reviews and executive-level technical presentations.\n-Provide market feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams to support future portfolio development.\nMain Accountabilities:\n-Technical solution quality and competitiveness.\n-Customer value proposition development.\n-TCO and lifecycle business case creation.\n-Strategic opportunity support and conversion.\n-Cooling architecture definition.\n-Integration of service and modernization opportunities.\n-Customer technical engagement and advisory.\n-Technical differentiation against competitors.\nWhat's in it for me?\nQualifications & Experience:\n-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Thermal Engineering or related discipline.\n-Master's Degree preferred.\n-15-25 years of experience within Cooling, HVAC, Data Center Infrastructure, Thermal Management or Critical Power & Cooling industries.\n-Strong technical knowledge of:\n* Precision Cooling\n* Chilled Water Systems\n* Direct Expansion Systems\n* Liquid Cooling Technologies\n* Thermal Management Solutions\n* Data Center Infrastructure\n* Cooling Controls and Monitoring Systems\n-Experience in solution design, technical consulting or system architecture roles.\n-Strong commercial awareness and ability to articulate business value beyond technical features.\n-Experience interacting with senior customer stakeholders.\n\nKey Competencies:\n-Solution Architecture\n-Technical Consulting\n-Value Engineering\n-Lifecycle Management\n-Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)\n-Customer Advisory\n-Sustainable Solutions Design\n-Commercial Acumen\n-Systems Thinking\n-Cross-Functional Leadership\n-Executive Communication\n-Innovation & Technology Adoption\n\nBring your technical expertise to a team that's shaping the future -
