This role serves as the primary liaison between Motivair and the customer, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead projects from sales proposal through deployment using established project delivery processes.\nDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.\nServe as the primary customer interface throughout project execution, fostering strong customer partnerships and ensuring customer expectations are met.\nCoordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Application Engineering, Product Development, Production, Service Engineering, and Supply Chain.\nEnsure customer requirements, technical specifications, schedules, and budgets are clearly defined and communicated across all stakeholders.\nFacilitate regular project team meetings to drive communication, resolve challenges, and monitor project progress.\nMonitor project budgets, contractual obligations, risks, and timelines to ensure successful execution.\nLead multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $200K to $100M+ in project value.\nSupport pre-execution planning activities, including quote reviews and proposal development.\nManage post-execution and customer acceptance activities to support successful project closeout and customer satisfaction.\nIdentify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project objectives.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, and waste reduction.\nEvaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and implement best practices for future projects.\nMake independent project decisions and communicate recommendations effectively to customers and internal leadership.\n What qualifications will make you successful for this role?\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of project management experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects.\nExperience managing complex customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency with project management tools and software.\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBackground in data center infrastructure, thermal management, cooling systems, or HVAC.\nExperience managing manufacturing, industrial, or engineered equipment projects.\nPMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications.\nExperience working with Motivair products or liquid cooling solutions.\nWho will you report to?\nYou will report directly to the Senior Project Management Office Manager.\nThis is an onsite position based in Lancaster, NY, requiring attendance in the office five days per week.\nTravel\nUp to 20% travel domestically and internationally as required.\n At Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
