We're offering a temporary learning opportunity where you'll support quality improvement initiatives, track customer issues, and gain practical skills that set you up for success. What will you do?

• Assistin managing post-sales customer concerns and implementing Issue-to-Prevention (I2P) initiatives to strengthen customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to investigate issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and support technical interventions and warranty return (RMA) processes.
• Analyse customer and quality data using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to identifytrends and drive continuous improvement.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives by monitoring customer feedback, service performance, and complaint trends.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and contribute to delivering effective solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
