We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics & Excel Internto support data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. This internship offers hands-on experience in working with large datasets, developing reports, and generating insights that support business decisions.\nWhat will you do:\nCollect, organize, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.\nCreate and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.\nPrepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, providing actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, and presentations.\nSupport the automation and optimization of recurring reports using advanced Excel functions and data management techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with data governance and confidentiality standards.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful:\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/COUNTIF/SUMIF functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and data visualization through charts and graphs.\nGood understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, reporting techniques, and the ability to interpret and present insights from complex datasets; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is an advantage.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and support business decision-making.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business requirements.\nWhat's in it for me:\nPractical experience that builds your resume and prepares you for a career in operations or supply chain\nMentorship and guidance from professionals who care about your growth\nExposure to process improvement techniques and real operational challenges\nOpportunity to contribute to projects that deliver measurable business impact\nSupportive environment where your questions and ideas are valued\nReady to gain experience that matters?
