Key expectation is to deliver advanced analytics solution using Predictive Models.\nAbility to document processes and to effectively catalog them for easy access and cross training purposes.\nWill lead high visibility projects related to automations and visualizations.\nWhat will you do?\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nThe Data Scientist must have strong experience using various data mining/data analysis methods, using different data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must be able to drive business results with their data-based insights. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.\nWork with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.\nMine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.\nAssess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.\nDevelop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.\nUse predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.\nCoordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.\nDevelop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.\nThis position will also help develop and deliver training modules to facilitate the roll-out of the new or redesigned processes & continuous improvements initiative\nTraining and Development - train junior business analyst. Share best practices and develop career progression for fellow Analyst.\nProvide business information, analysis together with supporting data.\nFacilitate and help teams to create process maps, evaluate process “as is” state and Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and business impact of assigned areas.\nParticipant & facilitate teams to redesign assigned business processes including new process maps, procedures, develop and deliver associated training modules, communicate process changes.\nLead automation of data flows & analysis.\nShare identified best practices across all relevant functions\nCommunicate effectively with, influence, and gain support from all levels of the organization on large scale business process changes.\nParticipate on process audits and help institute process metrics to assess current process health of complex business processes. \nRelationship management\nStrong relationship needed with business, developers and system owners, to be able to navigate data form different platforms to provide optimum results\nWho would be successful?\nEDUCATION-MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:\nCandidates should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, business math, or related course.. Possessing or pursuing MBA or other relevant professional certification is a plus.\nEXPERIENCE-MINIMUM REQUIRED:\nCandidates should possess 3 years analytics experience and be well familiarized with the project lifecycle concepts.
