You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data, including data ingestion, ETL processes, transformation, automation, quality management, and delivery of trusted datasets for analytics and reporting.\nIn this role, you will partner with global and regional stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives involving data migration, harmonization, master data governance, and process standardization. You will leverage SQL, Python, ETL frameworks, automation technologies, and business intelligence tools to build sustainable solutions that improve data reliability, operational efficiency, and business performance.\nAs a subject matter expert in data engineering and automation, you will independently solve complex technical challenges, optimize existing data models and pipelines, and contribute to strategic digital transformation initiatives across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support data integration, transformation, and delivery across multiple business systems.\nBuild and manage scalable data ingestion processes that ensure reliable and timely availability of data for operational and analytical use cases.\nDevelop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data models to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements.\nParticipate in global and regional transformation projects involving data migration, data harmonization, master data alignment, and process standardization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to align business requirements with data and automation solutions.\nTransform, cleanse, and standardize raw data from multiple sources into consistent, business-ready datasets.\nImplement data validation frameworks and quality controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.\nMonitor data pipelines and platform performance, identifying and resolving data integration, transformation, and migration issues.\nDevelop proactive monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting capabilities to improve system reliability and reduce operational support efforts.\nIdentify and implement automation opportunities that eliminate manual activities and improve process efficiency across supply chain operations.\nSupport the design and implementation of testing frameworks for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.\nLead root-cause analysis, bug fixes, data model enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives.\nDeliver trusted datasets and scalable data structures that support dashboards, reports, advanced analytics, and business insights.\nManage priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture, governance standards, and engineering best practices.\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\n3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or related fields.\nHands-on experience designing and supporting ETL/ELT processes and data transformation solutions.\nStrong experience working with relational databases and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, optimization, and analysis.\nExperience supporting data initiatives within Supply Chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, or Logistics.\nExperience working in global organizations, shared service environments, or global business hubs is preferred.\nExperience with ERP platforms and master data management processes.\nenglish advanced\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL and database concepts.\nStrong programming skills in Python for data engineering, automation, and analytics.\nExperience with ETL tools, data integration platforms, and workflow orchestration solutions.\nKnowledge of SAP, SAP MDG, Informatica, PIM, or similar master data management platforms.\nExperience developing automation solutions using RPA or comparable technologies.\nProficiency with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nUnderstanding of data quality management, data governance, and master data principles.\nKnowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures is a plus.\nAnalytical & Behavioral Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations and actionable insights.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across global and regional teams.\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation, innovation, and operational excellence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling.\nExperience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise reporting environments.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery
