You foster a quality mindset within the team,and coordinate design and industrializationquality activities for new offers launched on the market.\nMainResponsibilities\nCross-Functional Leadership\nAct as a quality referenceforNPI andnew product Design (Safety and Reliability).\nInfluence and mobilize cross-functional, multicultural teams.\nYou are skilled in project coordination and reporting.\nSupport continuous improvement of quality methods, standards, and practices.\nDesign for Safety and Reliability(DfSR)\nBuild the adoption of the key stakeholders on the business' DfSR of their squads.\nAssess and identify the critical elements of the offer at design level (system, subsystem, assembly, component).\nPut together the key drivers of a logical DfSR risk assessment plan based on the risk level for the offer from safety, robustness and reliability perspective.\nDevelop, execute, and report DfSR planson a regular basis, animating quality reviews.\nTrain and coach design engineering community with DfSR training, methods and tools.\n Qualifications\n Education:Bachelor’s degree or Master’sdegree in mechanical, electrical, or Electronics of Firmware Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics(higher degrees especially in Reliability engineering arepreferred).\nExperience\nMinimum 3years ofrelevant experience in Engineering, product Design,or Quality field.\nExperienceinDesign for Reliabilityor Design for Six Sigma.\nExperience in electromechanical systempower management, electronics, is highly preferred.\nExperience working in an agile product development environment.\nTechnical Skills\nCTQ(Critical ToQuality)definition from VOC (voice of customer), AHP, QFD.\nP-diagram.\nDesign FMEA, FTA.\nDesign optimization with DOE(Design ofExperiment)\nTolerancingexperience is a plus (Worst case analysis, RSS, Monte Carlo Simulation).\nStatistical and reliability tools isa plus (Minitab, Reliasoft, JASP).\nProblem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma,8D,5 Whys).\nSoftware: Reliasoft, Jama, Minitab, JASP, CETOL.\nCertifications (preferred)\nDesign for Six Sigma(DfSS).\nSix Sigma Green/Black Belt\nCertified ISO9001.\nCertified Reliability Engineer (CRE) at minimum or internally certified Reliability expert.\nSoft Skills\nStrong leadership and animationskills.\nCoaching and training capability.\nCustomer-oriented and analytical mindset.\nAbility to manage change and work in multicultural environments.\nLanguages & Mobility\nProfessional proficiency in Spanish and English.\nLocation: Schneider Electric Spain, Puente La Reina (20 min from Pamplona).\nDriving license.\nAvailability for travel depending on project scope.Low frequencyWe adapt to you\nWith our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities.\nWe know how great it is to work from home.
