transformation initiatives that improve competitiveness and margins.\nExecutive Stakeholder Management & Leadership Engagement\nBuild relationships with Country Presidents, Vice Presidents, Sales Leaders, Operations Leaders, Engineering Leaders, and Tendering Managers.\nPartner with VP Digital Energy Systems Europe & France to promote GEC adoption.\nLead executive reviews and communicate business value, savings, performance, and future opportunities.\nAct as the primary liaison between regional leadership and GEC delivery teams.\nBusiness Development, Sales Enablement & Commercial Support\nIdentify and develop sales opportunities suitable for GEC-supported delivery.\nSupport tendering teams with competitive costing, engineering estimates, and offshore delivery models.\nPartner with sales teams to improve competitiveness and win rates.\nSupport customer pursuits through solution discussions and value-based propositions.\nContribute to strategic account growth and engineering service expansion.\nForecasting, Resource Planning & Financial Performance\nBuild monthly and annual forecasts of GEC engineering hours by country and region.\nAgree annual delivery targets with Country Vice Presidents.\nDevelop labour savings forecasts and track realized savings.\nSupport budgeting, workforce planning, and capacity management activities.\nMonitor forecast versus actual delivery performance.\nDelivery Governance & Program Management\nProvide program management oversight for all Europe & France projects delivered through GEC.\nEnsure timely project execution, progress reporting, and accurate invoicing.\nMonitor schedule adherence, delivery performance, and issue resolution.\nDrive collaboration between Country and GEC teams to ensure successful project outcomes.\nQuality Management & Customer Satisfaction\nGovern quality processes across all GEC-delivered projects.\nEnsure compliance with country engineering standards and requirements.\nDrive lessons-learned reviews and corrective actions.\nMeasure internal customer satisfaction and implement improvement plans.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.\nPerformance
