Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.\nThe Digital Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital and AI initiativessupporting Customer Support transformation at Schneider Electric.\nWorking within Schneider Digital, the role orchestrates the full lifecycle from discovery phase to global deployment and value realization, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance frontline agent efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance. and operation teams, ensuring strong alignment, execution excellence, and measurable business impact across regions.\nWhat will you do?\n1. End-to-End Program Delivery\nOwn the full project lifecycle: discovery → scoping → pilot → rollout → closure\n\nDefine and drive scope, roadmap, and success criteria definition and realization\n\nEnsure delivery against timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives\n\nEstablish and maintain project governance (SteerCo, reviews, reporting)\n\nLead risk, issue, dependency, and change management\n\n2. Digital & AI Solution Delivery\nTranslate business needs into scalable digital / AI use cases\n\nCoordinate with product and technical teams on:\n\nSolution design and architecture\n\nData flows and system integrations\n\nMVP / pilot definition and execution\n\nEnsure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery\n\n3. Stakeholder Alignment & Governance\nAlign a complex ecosystem (business leaders, product teams, regions, support functions)\n\nDrive decision-making, transparency, and milestone alignment\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and resolve cross-functional dependencies\n\nOrchestrate global governance and review forums\n\n4. Deployment, Change & Adoption\nEnsure successful global rollout across countries and user groups\n\nPartner with change teams to define:\n\nCommunication and adoption strategies\n\nTraining and enablement plans\n\nMonitor and actively drive user adoption and behavioral change\n\n5.
