The role combines deep technical expertise in Industrial Software solutions with the ability to engage customers, support business development activities, and successfully deliver digital transformation projects.\nThe successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor to industrial customers while managing the execution of software and digitalization projects across various phases, from solution design and proposal development to deployment and post-implementation support.\nThe candidate will also be taking the lead as a program manager for the Flex Program deployed in Malaysia. Where the mission is to maintain ongoing client relationships, make sure contracted commitments are delivered, ensure the customer achieves the expected business outcomes, and develop additional value through adoption, renewal and upselling.\nThis position requires a strong blend of industrial software knowledge and commercial/customer engagement capability, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.\nWhat will you do?\nTechnical & Project Execution\nFocus on AVEVA Industrial Software Solutions\nDevelop system architectures for digital transformation initiatives involving SCADA, industrial data platforms, analytics, and operational intelligence.\nConduct technical discovery workshops to understand customer operational requirements and digital maturity.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable software architectures and solution designs.\nProduce technical documentation, functional specifications, testing plans, and deployment methodologies.\nDigital Project Management\nLead and coordinate software implementation projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.\nSupport and manage project scope, schedule, risk, cost, resources, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.\nLocal coordination with multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, system integrators, operations personnel, cybersecurity specialists, and project managers.\nSupport and monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery against customer expectations and contractual requirements.\nSupport factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), user acceptance test (UAT), commissioning activities, and user training.\nVendor coordination, management and resolution triage.\nTechnical Consulting\nProvide technical leadership during solution development and implementation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digital technologies, industrial AI, analytics, and data-driven decision making.\nSupport integration between industrial systems.\nContribute to innovation initiatives and adoption of emerging industrial software, AI and cloud technologies \nCommercial & Customer Engagement\nCustomer Engagement / Customer Success\nFlex program lead - primary point of accountability for assigned customers for digital recurring services and ensure internal stakeholder in supporting the program.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout the sales and project lifecycle.\nConduct presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.\nBuild strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including: Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Engineering Teams, IT Teams, Digital Transformation Leaders and C-level Executives\n\nBusiness Development Support\nSupport account managers and sales teams during opportunity qualification and pursuit activities.\nDevelop technical proposals, solution architectures, effort estimates, and project execution approaches.\nParticipate in customer meetings to identify opportunities for expanding software adoption and recurring services.\nSupport tender submissions and technical bid evaluations.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful?\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Chemical, Mechanical, Process), Computer Science, Industrial IT, Information Systems or any other Related disciplines.\nMin 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation, digitalization, industrial software, or system integration.\nProven experience delivering software implementation or digital transformation projects within: Water & Wastewater, Manufacturing, Energy, Infrastructure and Process Industries.\nBrings technical experience in Industrial Software portfolio, Industrial Data Infrastructure, SCADA and HMI Systems, Industrial Communication Protocols, Industrial Networking, Cloud Platforms (Azure / GCP / AWS), Industrial Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and Visualization, Digital Twin Solutions and AI-enabled Industrial Applications.
