Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with the highest quality standards.\nThe PM will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the customer relationship, and oversee all technical and contractual aspects throughout the project lifecycle.\nThis role gives you the opportunity to lead high-impact, mission-critical Data Center projects where your decisions truly matter. You’ll work in a dynamic environment that values anticipation, clear communication, and smart risk management - making every project a chance to shape the reliability and performance of critical digital infrastructure.\nMain responsibilities of the position are the following:\nManage projects from order intake through design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, handover, and warranty start. \nPlan, identify, coordinate, and supervise tasks with engineering, procurement, logistics, commissioning, and external partners. \nOversee project budget, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions when required to obtain margin improvements\nVariation Order & Claim process for both Customer and main suppliers\nServe as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring transparent and proactive communication. \nIdentify, evaluate, and mitigate technical, contractual, and operational risks. \nEnsure compliance with industry standards, internal processes, and safety requirements. \nCoordinate FAT, SAT, testing phases, and final commissioning. \nPrepare regular progress reports, milestone tracking, financial updates, and KPIs. \nLead internal and external meetings,with customers, factories, subcontractor adnvendros, ensuring team alignment and informed decision making \nEstablish key relationships with all business relevant stakeholders\nEnsure a smooth project transfer to the service/warranty team at project completion.\n.\nKnowledge and Experience:\nTechnical Engineer or Bachelor of Engineering\nProject Management experience for Medium Voltage Solutions, MV Equipment’s, turnkey plants.\nRequested Solid understanding of electrical distribution \nRequested Strong knowledge of contract management (scope, variations, claims).\nValuable knowledge and experience in execution of MV / LV electrical installations \nValuable knowledge in cooling systems, UPS and monitoring systems (BMS/DCIM).\nValuable experience in Datacenter applications.\nValuable experience with MS Project or other project planning tools\nValuable PMI Certification\nRequested Professional level of English (able to lead meetings and handle technical documentation\nSoftskills:\nSmart leadership and stakeholder management skills. \nExcellent communication with customers and internal teams. \nResults-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. \nAnalytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks. \nAbility to manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities. \nStructured, organized, and highly autonomous.\nContinuous self-learning\nWhatwillyouget?\nWe adapt toyou!:\nWith our flexible schedule,you'llhave the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities.\nWe know how great it is to work from home.
