This role involves developing detailed designs, managing interfaces, and ensuring robustness through analysis and optimization. It requires close collaboration across disciplines to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions aligned with technical and quality standards\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign & Review System Elements / Components / Sub Assemblies\nContribute to the DfSRprocess (P-Diagram, Interface Diagram, Interface matrix / Architecture View, DFMEA, FTA)\nDefine Components / Sub-Assemblies Mission Profile\nPerform DFMEA Mitigation actions, Design Optimization & Tolerance stack-up - Manage simulation.\nManage Variants, Versions, Baselines of the prototypes at the data and physical level\nCreate, modify, and validate the Definition File (including BOM, drawings and material selection) of parts and sub-assemblies in accordance with technical specifications, drawing rules, customer expectations, manufacturability and supply chain constraints (including cost target)\nWrite parts and sub-assemblies Verification Test Plan and manage its execution\nRelease Definition file for Production\n Qualifications\nMust have\nSpecialized technical expertise in electro-mechanical design and product development.\nExperience designing and improving products, components, and sub-assemblies.\nKnowledge of design and risk methodologies such as DFMEA, FTA, tolerance stack-up, and interface analysis.\nExperience managing technical definition files, including BOMs, drawings, materials, variants, versions, and baselines.\nExperience considering manufacturability, supply chain constraints, quality, safety, reliability, and cost targets.\nStrong technical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.\nNice to have\nExperience with design optimization and simulation.\nKnowledge of verification test planning and execution.\nWe adapt to you:\nWith our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities.\nWe know how great it is to work from home.
