Based in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, and the neighboring New York City area, you'll be at the heart of innovation!\nWhat will you do?\nTroubleshoot and repair customer systems\nUnderstand how to read plans, specifications, drawings, and estimates \nManage incoming requests from customer, subcontractors, engineers, and project managers efficiently so that they areaddressed in a timely manner while balancing work assignment \nAssist the PM in reviewing contract documentation, coordination drawings, material procurement and management throughout project life cycle\nBe able to read and understand hardware submittals, read or write simple programming, and assist others in startup of control’s equipment at a basic level with mentor support \nBasic understanding of operator workstation use, graphics and software development\nParticipate in basic field startup using standard start up and checkout processes\nContribute to successful job close out by keeping project drawings and documentation up to date during the installation phase\nWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?\nBachelor's or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical field\nProficient in software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio\nLocal to Lyndhurst, New Jersey or New York City, New York area\nMust have HVAC experience\nHave a valid driver's license\nHands-on experience in the field\nOpportunities to learn from experienced team members\nOpportunities for growth and to expand your career\nFor this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $70,000 - $75,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.\nThe compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
