He or she shall\nthoroughly understand the industry as it relates to the design documents and project scope. The BIM REVIT designer\nincludes preparing all BIM documentation to build a prefab solution according to customer requirements or giving drafting\nsupport to Technical Leaders or Project Engineers during tendering.\nEducation\nThe following educational requirements apply to this position:\nBachelor's on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or AA college degree in CAD or drafting studies is preferred.\nExperience\nData Center critical infrastructure could be a plus (not mandatory but very valuable)\nRoles and Responsibilities\nAbility to demonstrate a basic understanding of accurate drafting methods, layering, X-References, dimensioning,\nmodel space/paper space, viewports and scaling.\nAbility in using REVIT for structural, electrical and mechanical installations.\nAbility to demonstrate using basic Revit MEP tools such as the Project Browser, Properties, Type Selector,\nConduit and Cable Tray, and inserting a variety of family types. An understanding of creating families and\nmanipulating of parameters and schedules is a plus.\nExperience working in BIM up to LOD 350 minimum\nAbility to create BIM families\nAbility to work in a collaborative way using ACC\nCapable of taking the lead in importing different trade files and performing collision control services\nUpdate models to reflect as-built conditions\nExperience in using Microsoft Office products\nWillingness to learn, have strong organizational and analytical skills\nSelf-motivated; take pride in work and accept responsibility for his/her professionalism\nExcellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively\nCapable of building trusting relationships, ability and willingness to work independently or in a team atmosphere\nSkills\nThe following skills apply to this position:\nMinimum 3 years Autodesk REVIT MEP experience with advance training/experience in current REVIT\nsoftware.\nThree or more years experience in BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud working in a collaborative\nenvironment\nSome experience in Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks or Creo to create manufacturing pieces.\nExcellent communication, organization and teamwork skills with the ability to pay a high level of attention to detail.\nCapacity to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.\nExperience on Building or industrial installations (Cabling, lighting, piping, plumbing).
