Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will play a key part in implementing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes and driving continuous improvement in methods and maintenance practices. If you are passionate about driving change and delivering results, this role is for you!\nWhat will you do?\nImplement ETO standard processes for Methods and Maintenance within the plant, ensuring effective deployment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nDevelop and maintain standards with defined performance targets focused on continuous improvement, ergonomics, capacity optimization, investment planning, cost analysis, and operational performance.\nEstablish and promote Methods and Maintenance as a structured management and performance-driving system within the plant.\nDefine annual improvement objectives in collaboration with the Plant General Manager and monitor progress against the plant improvement roadmap.\nImplement operational tools and methodologies to ensure efficient, reliable, and sustainable manufacturing operations.\nMonitor and analyze key performance indicators, including productivity, plant efficiency (KE), capacity utilization, and Capacity Analysis (CAMA).\nDrive and monitor the Methods and Maintenance transformation plan to ensure the achievement of targeted operational and business results.\nPrioritize critical improvement initiatives and maintain momentum to deliver expected performance outcomes.\nSupport the Methods/Maintenance Manager in implementing process, organizational, and operational improvements.\nLead the implementation of Line Architecture Design Methodology (LADM) to optimize production flow, line efficiency, and resource utilization.\nDetermine and maintain standard manufacturing times through the application of industrial engineering techniques, including work measurement, time studies, and established methods.\nWho will you report to?\nManufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager\n What qualifications will make you successful for this role?\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related field\n3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or similar role \nEnd to End view with the ability to define and deploy standard processes for all plants functions.\nProject management experience\nExperience in continuous improvement thru lean methodologies \nStrong ability to influence and convince stakeholders. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
