You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE-XAO/ETAPCAD-CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high-quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit.\nKey responsibilities\nDeliver technical training sessions on IGE-XAO/ETAPelectrical CAD-CAE software to customers and partners.\nProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.\nPrepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.\nAssist in pre-sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.\n Essential requirements\nTechnical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.\nExperience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.\nWillingness to work on-site full time in Bergamo.\nDesired skills\nGood command of the English language, both written and spoken.\nFamiliarity with IGE-XAO or ETAPproducts.\nStrong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset.\nCuriosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement.\nReliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.\n Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?\nWhen you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
