We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our customers across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.\nIf you have a strong background in Medium Voltage (MV) electrical systems up to 35 kV, enjoy solving technical challenges, and thrive in customer-facing environments, we'd love to hear from you.\nLocation: Tallinn, Riga, or Vilnius\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our customers' electrical infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise the installation of Medium Voltage equipment and solutions up to 35 kV\nPerform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities\nProvide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and throughout the equipment lifecycle\nSupport Low Voltage service activities, particularly maintenance and repair of circuit breakers\nEnsure all work is performed in accordance with Schneider Electric processes, industry standards, and Health & Safety requirements\nPrepare service documentation and technical reports\nPlan and organize service activities independently while maintaining close collaboration with customers and colleagues\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHands-on experience working with Medium Voltage electrical equipment and systems\nExperience in commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical installations\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation\nElectrical Safety Group certification or equivalent MV/HV qualifications\nTechnical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field\nFluent English communication skills\nPlease note: This role requires a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.\nSoft Skills\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently\nExcellent organizational skills and commitment to safe working practices\nAnnual salary ranges: Estonia/Latvia 32,000-38,000 and Lithuania 41,000-49,000 EUR.
