The role involves developing and supporting control\nsolutions for industrial cooling and thermal management products while coordinating with\ncustomers, service teams, manufacturing, and cross-functional engineering teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, test, and maintain application software using CAREL and Schneider Electric controllers. \nHands-on programming using IEC 61131-3 languages, particularly Functional Block Diagram (FBD) and Structured Text (ST). \nDesign control sequences, safety interlocks, alarm management, and equipment logic. \nDevelop and configure HMI screens for monitoring, control, alarms, trends, and diagnostics. \nConfigure and troubleshoot industrial protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet, CAN Bus, Ethernet/IP, and SNMP. \nSupport integration with BMS, EMS, SCADA, and remote monitoring platforms. \nParticipate in new product development, validation, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and field implementation. \nUnderstand customer-specific requirements and implement requested configurations. \nProvide technical support to service teams and customers for troubleshooting and issue resolution. \nCoordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Service teams. \nSupport factory production activities and continuous improvement initiatives. \nPrepare functional specifications, software documentation, validation reports, and release records.\n Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics, or\na related Engineering discipline.\nMinimum 3-6 years years of experience in industrial automation, controls, firmware, or HVAC/cooling system controls. \nStrong hands-on experience with CAREL and Schneider Electric controllers (preferred). \nProficiency in Functional Block Diagram (FBD) and Structured Text (ST) programming. \nExperience in HMI development and industrial automation systems. \nKnowledge of industrial communication protocols and network integration. \nExperience in factory/manufacturing environments and customer-facing projects.\nPreferred Experience\nExposure to Data Center Cooling, CDU, Chillers, InRoom, Inrow, HVAC, Thermal\nManagement Systems, IoT connectivity, FAT/SAT activities, and global customer support.\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills \nCustomer-focused mindset and ownership \nCross-functional collaboration and communication \nProject execution and prioritization skills \nAbility to work in dynamic factory environments Expected Outcomes \nDeliver robust and reliable control software solutions. \nSupport customer-specific configurations and field requirements. \nImprove product quality, reliability, and serviceability. \nEnsure seamless coordination between engineering, factory, service, and customers. \nContribute to successful product development and production support activities.\nReady to make your mark in embedded software?
