The successful candidate will also demonstrate the curiosity, aptitude, and commitment to expand their expertise across a broader portfolio of industrial automation technologies.\nThis position is well suited for a technically skilled professional who is passionate about continuous learning, enjoys teaching others, and can translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical instruction for customers with varying levels of experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs focused on industrial automation products, systems, and applications.\nServe as a subject matter expert in one or more automation disciplines, including VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.\nProvide clear, engaging, and hands-on instruction that strengthens customers’ ability to safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automation equipment and systems.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning experiences for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.\nContinuously expand technical knowledge across the broader industrial automation portfolio to support evolving customer and training needs.\nMaintain and enhance training materials to ensure technical content is accurate, relevant, and effective.\nSupport a positive learning environment that encourages customer engagement, knowledge retention, and practical application of technical skills.\n Qualifications\nStrong technical expertise in at least one industrial automation discipline, such as VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, or SCADA systems.\nDemonstrated ability and interest in developing expertise across additional industrial automation technologies.\nStrong communication, presentation, and technical instruction skills.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearly to individuals with different levels of experience.\nPassion for teaching, continuous learning, and customer development.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities within an industrial automation environment.\nIf you're passionate about empowering others through great training, we'd love to meet you!\n At Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
