The role focuses on deploying hot fixes, critical updates, maintenance releases, and infrastructure changes while ensuring system stability and customer satisfaction. This position bridges engineering, software implementation, and IT/OT environments and serves as a key technical resource during go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and ongoing operational deployments.\nWhat will you do?\nADMS Deployment and Configuration\nExecute installation, configuration, deployment, and upgrade activities for ADMS software releases, patches, hotfixes, and critical updates.\nCustomize system parameters, network models, SCADA configurations, and operational rules to meet customer requirements.\nPerform integrations with enterprise IT systems.\nReview release notes, implementation procedures, and deployment prerequisites prior to production deployments.\nPerform deployment validation and post-deployment health checks.\nIT/OT Infrastructure Implementation\nPrepare, deploy, and validate server environments, Windows operating systems, virtualization platforms, storage devices, and supporting infrastructure.\nInstall firmware updates on servers, storage, and network devices.\nSupport database configuration (Oracle/SQL), performance optimization, and security hardening.\nPost Go-Live Delivery and Support\nParticipate in weekly deployment planning and review sessions, providing effort estimates and technical inputs for Hot Fixes, Critical Updates, patches, and maintenance releases.\nMaintain detailed deployment documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, and system architecture artifacts.\nEnsure adherence to deployment schedules and proactively escalate risks, issues, and technical roadblocks.\nSupport go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and transition-to-support activities.\nExecute production and non-production deployments with minimal customer impact.\nCoordinate deployment activities with customers, Engineering, Product, and Services teams.\nParticipate in a 24x7 on-call roster to support critical deployments, production incidents, and customer escalations.\nContribute to root-cause analysis and deployment continuous-improvement initiatives.\nPerform limited deployment validation testing based on release notes, deployment procedures, and post-deployment verification activities.\nCustomer Support and Engagement\nServe as a technical point of contact for customers during deployment cycles and post-go-live activities.\nConduct deployment reviews, technical workshops, system handover sessions, and user enablement activities.\nProvide troubleshooting, incident response, and resolution support during go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and ongoing production operations.\nBuild trust through clear communication, technical ownership, and customer-first service delivery.\nQuality, Security and Compliance\nFollow engineering best practices, cybersecurity guidelines, and utility compliance requirements.\nMaintain system integrity through deployment validation, monitoring, and operational controls.\nParticipate in continuous improvement of deployment frameworks, automation tools, and templates.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful?\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.\n\n3-5 years of experience in ADMS/SCADA/OMS deployment, implementation, upgrades, or support environments.\n\nExperience with Windows Server, virtualization technologies, Oracle/MS SQL, networking, and IT/OT infrastructure.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, customer-facing, and communication skills.\n\n What's in it for me?\nGlobal Family Leave\nComprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents\nWorldwide Employee Stock Ownership\nHybrid work arrangement (New Ways of Working)\n…and more!\nReady to launch your career in software services?
