Strongly contributing to / leading continuous improvement actions.\nMain Activities\nImplement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process & PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS techniques and tools.\nInvolved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.\nEnsure the deployment of SPS principles and implements Lean/6 Sigma tools.\nParticipate in the SIM2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers\nManage the capacities vs workload balance with the dedicated tools (iQ simulation, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge ..) in internal and external lines,\nOptimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.\nWrite operator work instructions for training\nContribute to the development of new products (producible, feasible)\nStudy the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.\nQualifies means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' location.\nPilots new productions ramp-up\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.\nConversational English (intermediate level) is required \n Key Systems • MS Office • ERP system (Mapics, Oracle, SAP)\n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
