Check it out here!\nGreat people make Schneider Electric a great company.\nWhat do you get to do in this position?\nBe part of the Customer Product Deployment (CPD) Team supporting Medium Voltage products.\nParticipate in 3F activities (Form, Fit, and Function evaluations) to support new product introductions and product changes.\nConduct video time studies and process observations to identify improvement opportunities and support labor analysis.\nDevelop and maintain labor standards, work instructions, and standardized work documentation.\nAssist with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) qualifications and validation activities.\nSupport special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?\nYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.\nYou have interest in manufacturing operations.\nYou have a passion for continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process optimization.\nYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and interacting with production associates.\nYou possess strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.\nYou are proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.\nYou have strong communication skills and can effectively work with cross-functional teams.\nYou are willing to learn manufacturing processes, quality methodologies, and engineering best practices.\nYou take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nYou are curious, data-driven, and motivated to identify opportunities for improvement.\nExperience with time studies, process mapping, statistical analysis, Minitab, Power BI, AutoCAD, or ERP systems is a plus.\nKnowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, or other quality tools is preferred but not required.\nYou can work on-site at the manufacturing facility.\nLet us learn about you!
