We are looking for an Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer to help strengthen manufacturing excellence by ensuring robust processes, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing product quality across our operations.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and contribute directly to operational performance within a world-class manufacturing environment.\nWhat will you do?\nProcess Quality Management\nMonitor and improve manufacturing process performance to ensure consistent product quality.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of quality control plans and process standards.\nIdentify process deviations and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.\nEnsure manufacturing activities comply with quality requirements and operational procedures.\nProblem Solving & Continuous Improvement\nLead investigations into manufacturing quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nSupport continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing defects, scrap, rework, and process variation.\nDrive a proactive quality mindset throughout the production organization.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality concerns.\nSupport new product introductions, process transfers, and manufacturing changes from a quality perspective.\nParticipate in risk assessments to ensure process readiness and product reliability.\nAudit & Compliance\nPerform process audits and quality assessments to verify compliance with internal and external standards.\nMonitor implementation of corrective actions arising from audits and quality reviews.\nSupport quality management system deployment and continuous compliance initiatives.\nDigital & Operational Excellence\nUtilize data analytics and digital tools to monitor quality trends and identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport digital transformation initiatives related to manufacturing quality.\nContribute to Schneider Electric's operational excellence and smart manufacturing journey.\n What qualifications will make you successful?\nRequired\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, quality engineering, or related functions.\nKnowledge of quality systems, process controls, and manufacturing operations.\nExperience in problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in electronics, electrical, or industrial manufacturing environments.\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, or similar quality methodologies.\nExposure to digital technologies, data analytics, Python, SQL, or AI applications is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in English, both written and verbal.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate is:\nPassionate about driving quality and process excellence.\nA strong analytical thinker who enjoys solving technical challenges.\nDetail-oriented and committed to delivering sustainable solutions.\nCollaborative and comfortable working across multiple functions.\nMotivated to learn, innovate, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.\nWhat’s in it for me?\nGlobal Family Leave\nComprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents\nWorldwide Employee Stock Ownership\nHybrid work arrangement (New Ways of Working)\n…and more!\n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
