You will co-own product cost and launch timelines, leveraging tools and methodologies such as Design to Cost and Project Management. You will also help build an agile and resilient supply chain by applying Global Supply Chain frameworks, including the Resiliency Matrix and Corporate Policy Compliance. The role also facilitate the Proof of concept build and Proto build locally in Denmark.\nWith exposure to advanced Power Electronics technology, you will drive innovation for new products while supporting and sustaining existing offers. As Procurement Category Leader for the Semiconductor category, you will play a key role in shaping procurement strategies and strengthening supplier collaboration.\nWhat you'll be doing\nManage New Product Cost and Timeline\nSustain in-market offers\nDrive Innovation through supplier collaboration\nEstablish and maintain a resilient supply chain\nDrive compliance with Global Supply Chain guidelines\nOrganize Productivity Workshops\nDeliver YoY productivity through Value Engineering and Alternative Qualification\nFacilitate Build for Proof of Concept, and Proto.\nWhat will help you succeed\nEngineering degree preferably in Electronics or Electrical Engineering\n7+ years’ experience with procurement strategic sourcing, supply chain, category management, or related function within a technical/manufacturing environment\nCuriosity to explore new technologies , especially Power Electronics for Large Data Center UPS systems ; and the ability to influence supplier and component selection during the incubation and product design stage\nStrong experience in supplier sourcing, selection, negotiation, and contract management, with a focus on cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.\nExperience with product cost management and cost optimization, including methodologies such as Design to Cost, cost breakdowns, or value analysis.\nGood understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage procurement activities against product development and launch timelines.\nExperience developing and implementing category or sourcing strategies and managing strategic supplier relationships.\nExperience identifying and managing supply chain risks, including supplier availability, resilience, and compliance.\nAbility to work independently, set priorities, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.
