This team will be responsible for managing any day to dayorder maintenance related issues for pre-existing and booked orders on our scopes. The team will be supporting continuing to maintain those orders as well as their validity. They will also be supporting any requests for PO's not within the scope of booking rules, but within the scope of purchase orders assigned to cost centers.\nWhat will you do?\nExecutes order administration functions to perform order processing transactions such as order entry, modifications, incompletion log thru Oracle, BFO, SEA, S4, SAP ECC\nManages and administrates Service Contracts and related activities.\nTakes ownership of all orders, ensures administrative support is carried out.\nCommunicates directly with internal customers, AMs, Sales Reps, Field Service, and other cross functional departments to ensure accuracy in orders and to answer general questions regarding services and order status\nEnter Purchase Orders on a timely manner\nMeet the goals set by the team to achieve KPI\nMaking sure correct Quotations and Contracts are being used\nMonitor individual backlog by checking pending orders to ensure timely and accurate entry of all orders\nIdentify and communicate possible changes to process and procedures to ensure best practices.\nResponsible for managing their personal case queue but also supporting concerns and questions fielded to other case queues\nAvailable and flexible in scope of communication and training between variable teams and scopes. \nManage Changeorders for their respective scopes\nManage any types of transactional questions for the scope of order services on PS led orders whether they are service or NSF led.\nAdditional responsibilities include filing and continuous cross-training and uptraining in all forms of order entry.\nCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.\nMust be willing to work during US business hours.\nMust be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Rosario, Cavite.\nGood written and oral English communication skills\nPrior experience in Order Management, an advantage.\n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
