This internship gives you hands-on experience in supporting the Procurement team in delivering efficient, compliant, and value-driven sourcing activities by assistingwith supplier management, data analysis, purchase order administration, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing strong procurement and supply chain management capabilities.\nYou will gain real exposure to the manufacturing environment, commodity management, supply risk assessment, and cost analysis.\nWhat will you do:\nProcurement Operations Support\nSupport in resolving supply issues such as material delays, quantity discrepancies, or invoice mismatches.\nWork closely with plant planners, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure material availability.\nSupplier Management & Communication\nCoordinate with suppliers for quotations, lead time confirmation, sample submissions, and documentation.\nSupport supplier performance monitoring (OTD, quality incidents, responsiveness).\nHelp prepare materials for supplier meetings or business reviews.\nData Analytics & Reporting\nMaintain procurement databases, price lists, SAP master data, and supplier information.\nGenerate reports on spend, savings, project progress, MOQ/SPQ analysisetc.\nSupport automation or process improvement initiatives.\nCross-Functional Collaboration (Internship Learning Focus)\nWork with planning, engineering, quality, finance, and suppliers to support procurement decisions.\nLearn negotiation basics by shadowing category managers and supplier meetings.\nBuild problem-solving skills through real case scenarios such as delivery recovery or cost improvement tasks.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated interest in procurement and supply chain operations, with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat's in it for me:\nHands-on experience in a business-critical function that shapes how we operate\nMentorship and guidance from procurement professionals who care about your development\nExposure to supplier negotiations, compliance, and strategic sourcing activities\nA collaborative, supportive team that values your contributions from day one\nFoundational skills and practical knowledge that prepare you for a successful career in procurement\nReady to learn, grow, and make an impact?
