Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.\nJoin us as aProcurement Intern to make an impact!\nLocation:Kallang, Singapore\nKick-start your career in Procurement with a role that offers real responsibility and meaningful learning.You will join the East Asia Procurement team, supporting manufacturing plants across the region and collaborating with stakeholders from various functions as well as supplier partners. In this role, you will leverage digital tools and data analytics to support procurement operations, regional risk and resilience projects, and supplier performance initiatives. You will also contribute to sustainability efforts, monitor market trends and benchmarking activities, and support procurement process improvements through digitization and AI tool deployment.\nWhat will you do:\nPerform data collection, consolidation, and analysis across plants, parts, and suppliers to support resilience and risk mitigation projects.\nAnalyze supplier data and contracts, conduct supplier mapping, and support data digitization initiatives using AI tools, dashboards, Tableau, and other data visualization platforms.\nMonitor base metal market price trends, support Request for Quotation (RFQ) activities, and collect scrap-related data to drive best-in-class scrap recovery rates across the region.\nGain knowledge of finished goods/raw materials (FG/RM) and the factors affecting pricing, while learning to conduct e-RFQs and e-Reverse Auctions through the Schneider Supplier Portal.\nContribute to Schneider Sustainability Impact initiatives by engaging suppliers on reducing single-use plastics, lowering CO₂ emissions, and promoting Decent Work and other sustainability programs.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.\nKnowledge of Tableau, Python, SQL, or Java will be an added advantage.\n What's in it for me:\nHands-on experience in a business-critical function that shapes how we operate\nMentorship and guidance from procurement professionals who care about your development\nExposure to supplier negotiations, compliance, and strategic sourcing activities\nA collaborative, supportive team that values your contributions from day one\nFoundational skills and practical knowledge that prepare you for a successful career in procurement\nReady to learn, grow, and make an impact?
