Join Schneider Electric's Procurement Strategy & Market Intelligence team and contribute to shaping the company's long-term procurement and supply chain strategy. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, contributing to Schneider Electric's Long Term Supply Chain Plan (LTSCP), and coordinating key supplier engagement activities, including the Global Supplier Day (GSD). This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to global procurement strategy, market intelligence, and supplier relationship management.\nWhat will you do:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to support strategic initiatives and drive business objectives.\nAnalyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends, generate insights, and uncover opportunities for improvement.\nSupport the development of procurement strategies and executive-level presentations for senior leadership, including EVPs, SVPs, and VPs.\nDesign and enhance Procurement Scorecards to track performance, measure key success metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.\nContribute to procurement transformation projects arising from the Long Term Supply Chain Plan (LTSCP), supporting implementation and value realization initiatives.\nWhat qualifications will make you successful:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial Systems, or related disciplines), Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in procurement strategy, supply chain management, and market intelligence.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to generate actionable business insights.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nComfortable working with data, conducting research, and developing impactful presentations and reports.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nAble to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is an advantage, while exposure to AI tools, market research platforms, or data analytics tools is a plus.\nWhat's in it for me:\nHands-on experience in a business-critical function that shapes how we operate\nMentorship and guidance from procurement professionals who care about your development\nExposure to supplier negotiations, compliance, and strategic sourcing activities\nA collaborative, supportive team that values your contributions from day one\nFoundational skills and practical knowledge that prepare you for a successful career in procurement\nReady to learn, grow, and make an impact?
