We're looking for tech-savvy problem solvers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.\nThis is a hybrid role in a U.S. Schneider Hub location.\nWhat will you do:\nThe Project Coordination role seeks viable candidates who strive for excellence in customer service. Candidates for the role will be expected to manage multiple conflicting priorities related to coordination of equipment deliveries, supply chain risk management, and general customer service.\nPre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply. Categorize white glove delivery service needs for site, and plan services with regional carrier.\nProject Governance- monitor and track all open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones. Proactively escalate upon all risks identified via supply reporting tools (OMS), certifying risks for customers and Sales.\nDelivery Execution- ensure all scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs. Confirm all shipments to key project stakeholders.\nCustomer Service- support all customer inquiries related to each assigned project. Interface with Secure Power network of support organizations to close the loop upon customer needs. Action of follow up will apply but limited to, Supply Chain, Transportation, Sales, and Accounts Receivables. Close all projects to general customer satisfaction.\nWhat will make you successful:\nBA degree in Business, Technical degree or related field\nStrong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new products and technologies\nExcellence in customer service with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities\nDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nKnowledge of contact center systems and customer service tools\nProven track record of contributing to team success and continuous improvement initiatives\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
