You're part of a global team built on inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork, turning sustainability ambitions into actions.\nWhat will you do?\n Lead the project launchLead and manage the budget confirmation and project profitability.\nLead the Project hand over with tendering team and Project file analysis.\nEnsure Order Manager book project are properly within ERP including invoicing plan.\nValidation payment mechanisms (letter of credit, bank guarantee, insurance, payment method, etc...)\nSchedule validation and preparation of project planning and clear milestones.\nRisks analysis and potential change order identification.\nSend PO Acknowledgement receipt to customer and confirm the “Coming into Force”.\n\nLead the project team through task planningResponsible to define the project workload plan, follow progress in line with scope of work and deliverables till completion.\nAnimate the communication within the team. \nEnsure site activity scope & schedule is communicated to FSR manager/planner. \nWO creation in BFS for site jobs and scheduled in line with project schedule. \nWO to be created at project booking stage.\nManage project contract ensuring fulfillment of Schneider Electric contractual obligations and application of its contractual rights. \nSystematic review of deviations against specifications.\n\nEnsure operational Project management successAccountable to ensure full safety for involved parties all along the project execution.\nUnderstand project’s contractual scope or additional requirements, be pro-active to generate change order to improve GM.\nTime Management: Ensure project schedule is made/reviewed/updated and monitor to ensure timely completion of project.\nQuality Management : Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and strive for improvement. Lead the issue resolution (hot loop) in the project and provide inputs for continuous improvement (cold loop). Proper customer communication and update.\nCustomer first point of contact on project team interaction (correspondences, emails, calls, meetings, ...) to ensure consistent execution.\nEnsure project review happens at the appropriate level as per defined project governance process.\nEnsure timely reporting and escalation to manage project events/issues impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles.\nCost Management: Monitor and control Project spending versus budget. Strive for gross margin improvement. \nIdentify and alert on execution risks. Be proactive in resolving issues. Escalate to Sales to manage claims & variation orders.\nAccountability on project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-up & re-forecasting. Ensure timely revenue recognition. Ensure appropriate actions to timely recover customer receivables (payments…) are done.\nEnsure compliance to the statutory requirements\nConduct if necessary, Lessons Learned session with Sales and Tendering team to share feedbacks. \nAnticipate book to bill forecast estimation based on upcoming projects.\n\nWhat qualifications will make you successful?\nDegree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) or any other related engineering discipline. \nMin 5-8 years of experience in Project Management especially in Greenfield projects.\nHave experience and knowledge in medium/low voltage distribution.\nHave experience managing project in the Oil & Gas and Utilities industry.\nExperience in using Project Management software tools (MS Excel, MS Project).\nProficient in the English and local language (written and spoken). \nWhat's in it for me?\nGlobal Family Leave\nComprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependants\nWorldwide Employee Stock Ownership\n...... and more!\nReady to lead projects that matter?
