Projects are often executed in remote or hybrid delivery models, requiring strong leadership without direct physical proximity.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end industrial automation projects, acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.\nAct as the primary customer contact, building trusted relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nOwn project change management, including impact analysis on scope, schedule, cost, and resources, and ensure customer alignment on agreed changes.\nIdentify, assess, and quantify project risks, defining and executing effective mitigation plans.\nCoordinate cross-functional and often remote teams (engineering, production, testing, procurement, quality) to ensure efficient and controlled project execution.\nMonitor project performance using relevant KPIs, proactively addressing deviations rather than only escalating them.\nEnsure governance, delivery quality, and financial performance are aligned with Schneider Electric standards.\nDesired Skills and Experience\n6+ years of project management experience, preferably within industrial automation or related engineering environments.\nProven experience delivering customer-facing projects, with full ownership of scope, schedule, and delivery commitments.\nDemonstrated ability to manage change and risk in complex project environments.\nExperience leading remote or geographically distributed teams.\nTechnical degree (Engineering or related field) or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong commercial awareness and accountability for project outcomes.\nFluent in English and Swedish.\nProject management certification is a plus.\nExperience with industrial automation platforms, such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, or Schneider Electric solutions, is an advantage.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the confidence to engage directly with customers and take ownership of delivery challenges.
