We are looking for people with the right mix of talent and agile - with proven self-leadership skills, strong analytical, communication skills, and individuals with the ability to work in a team setting are strongly encouraged to apply.\nWhat will you do?\nProject planning and execution in Japan to introduce mainly Schneider infrastructure for Datacenter/Server room based on Schneider PM methodology.\nPlan and arrange the project schedule, internal/external necessary infrastructure and engineering resources with the customer/business partner and internal related departments.\nLead and control the actual on site activities to complete successfully include Schedule, Quality, Cost, Safety.\nDeploy lessons learned from actual project to contribute our improvement for future business\nWhat skills and capabilities will make you successful?\nStrong communicator - both written and verbal in technical and non-technical environment.\nAbility to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills.\nExcellent business ethics and integrity.\nDemonstrates flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements or multi-culture position.\nWho will you report to?\nHead of Secure Power Application Centre, Japan\n\n What qualifications will make you successful for this role?\nAt least 7-10 years project/site management experience in Japan in the Mission Critical Infrastructure with both hands-on and supervisory level.\nNative Japanese and basic English communication skills. Business level English communication skill would be added advantage.\nKnowledge of Local Installation Standards and Authorities Requirement,Certification of 1st Class Electrical workConstruction Managing Engineers in Japan or equivalent certification would be added advantage.\nCertification and some technical training covering Generator Systems, MV & LV Systems, Large UPS Systems, Chiller Systems, Fire Protection Systems etc would be added advantage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and able to use and have basic skill in AutoCad.\nLet us learn about you!
