Juliet site on 1st Shift. If you have a strong background in testing low and medium voltage products, coupled with the ability to collaborate closely with Engineering, we want to hear from you.\nWhat will you do?\nConduct thorough testing of low and medium voltage products, including Switchgears, Switchboards, Panelboards, Breakers, and MCCs.\nCollaborate with Engineering to identify issues with electrical drawings.\nFollow Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).\nMaintain Repair/Calibration database and ensure accurate job entries and record-keeping.\nPrepare detailed service and failure records, meeting project deadlines with a strong customer focus.\nSafety, Health & Environmental Responsibilities:\nWear prescribed Personal Protective Equipment and maintain it in good condition.\nImmediately report hazards, incidents, and accidents to supervisors.\nAdhere to Provincial HS&E legislation, regulations, and company policies.\nWhat are the key skills we are looking for?\nQuality Control & Inspection - developing level; performing inspections to ensure products meet safety and quality standards\nQuality in Manufacturing and Distribution - developing level; applying quality processes across production and distribution operations\nContinuous Improvement - developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and reduce defects\nProblem Solving - developing level; analyzing quality issues and implementing practical solutions\nCollaboration - developing level; working with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns\nCustomer Orientation - developing level; maintaining focus on delivering quality that meets customer expectations\nCoaching - developing level; supporting team members in understanding and applying quality standards\nStakeholder Management - foundational level; coordinating with suppliers and internal partners on quality matters\nPhysical demands:\nPPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required; safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor \nWork is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged period(s) of standing is required for duration of shift. \nRequires the ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work. \nAbility to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds independently and repetitively.\n What qualifications will make you successful?\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in testing, troubleshooting & failure analysis of electrical equipment.\nProficient in using High Pot test Set, Current Injector, Megger insulation resistance meter, Multi Meter, Relay Test Set, and Corona test Set.\nValidate and correct existing technical documents, including test procedures.\nCapable of managing technical tasks with minimal supervision.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret schematics.\nComputer proficient with excellent organizational skills.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective collaboration.\n At Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
