Tes responsabilités et ta mission :

• Développer et sécuriser les ventes auprès des clients existants en Suisse romande, principalement les intégrateurs de systèmes, partenaires et utilisateurs finaux
• Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients et applications, gérer les opportunités commerciales et alimenter le pipeline de ventes afin d’atteindre les objectifs de commandes
• Présenter nos nouveaux produits et solutions dans ton secteur de responsabilité et mettre en œuvre les stratégies les plus adaptées pour atteindre les clients directs et indirects
• Collaborer avec les équipes Sales et Pre-sales des autres entités Schneider Electric afin de favoriser les ventes croisées auprès des clients cibles et développer des stratégies de conquête et de fidélisation
• Participer activement à l’élaboration des stratégies et tactiques commerciales
• Assurer le rôle de responsable commercial pour les opportunités liées aux grands projets
• Recueillir les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients afin de contribuer au développement des futures offres

Ton profil :

• Diplôme de niveau Bachelor en ingénierie, administration des affaires ou vente
• Expérience dans le secteur de l’automatisation des procédés industriels et réseau professionnel existant
• Solides compétences techniques en automatisation, systèmes de contrôle, supervision et solutions IoT
• Une expérience dans le secteur du traitement de l’eau et des eaux usées constitue un atout
• Expérience des approches de vente consultative
• Personne autonome, faisant preuve d’un fort sens des responsabilités et d’appropriation des projets
• Permis de conduire et disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels représentant environ 75 % du temps
• Excellente maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais ; l’allemand constitue un avantage supplémentaire

For this position, the starting annual salary is CHF 100'400 per year and includes a variable component. It applies to candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
