Join Schneider Electric’s Enterprise IT Europe team as an IT Functional Integration Lead and play a pivotal role in our UNIFY+ deployment program.\nYour Mission\nAs IT Functional Integration Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering IT integration activities across Europe, ensuring successful cutover and go-live operations for our UNIFY+ deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our Digital Technology Center, to drive alignment, manage risks, and secure operational readiness.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate squad IT teams and digital stakeholders across Europe.\nEnsure delivery of IT solutions including application integration, configuration, SIT, EDI, and infrastructure.\nParticipate in governance meetings, track efforts, and escalate risks as needed.\nDrive cutover planning, go-live operations, hypercare, and transition to run mode.\nResolve IT issues and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.\nMonitor KPIs and ensure alignment with program methodology.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n15+ years of experience in digital projects and cutover activities.\nProven expertise in SAP deployment and integration, especially SAP S/4 HANA.\nStrong leadership and functional management experience.\nExcellent project management and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with diverse teams.\nFluent in English; other European languages are a plus.\nYour Profile\nMaster’s degree in Engineering or Management.\nDeep understanding of SAP functional modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).\nExperience with risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and digital governance.\nCollaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong interpersonal skills.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Schneider Electric, we empower our people to innovate and lead.
