Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.\nThe API Analyst supports the full lifecycle of customer-facing APIs, ensuring reliable operations, smooth onboarding of API users, and rapid resolution of technical issues. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams (APIGEE, Engineering, Architecture) and business/API Champions, providing both functional and technical support. The API Analyst is responsible for credential management, troubleshooting, integration testing, documentation review, and customer assistance, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external API consumers.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. API Troubleshooting & Support\n2. Credential testing (creation and testing of POSTMAN collection)\n3. API Testing & Validation\nExecute and document integration tests, regression tests, and environment validations (Pre-Prod, Non-Prod).\nIdentify and escalate inconsistencies between environments (e.g., MYSE vs APIGEE data flows).\nValidate performance and reliability.\n4. Customer & API Champion Support\nServe as the primary operational point of contact for API Champions, and customer technical teams on:\nonboarding\ntesting\ninterpreting errors\nunderstanding API behavior\nenvironment or platform issues\n5. Documentation & Knowledge Management\nMaintain support guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and test cases.\nDocument lessons learned, known issues, and best practices.\nContribute to functional analysis and small enhancements when needed.\n6.
