The team also supports the Support organization by providing monitoring dashboards and actionable alerts, ensuring incidents are always discovered internally first. The system our team creates is managed by a Web Portal, also created by us as is the communication between the components.\nWe are a team leaning heavily on automation, CI/CD and rely heavily on Infrastructure as Code and GitOps.\nRequired skills & experience\nExperience providing technical guidance and leadership to a team including guiding and mentoring team members and acting as a bridge between Product Owner and the technical team\n\nExperience facilitating key technical decisions and proactively identifying and addressing technical risks and technical debt\n\nDeep knowledge Kubernetes and the extended toolbox (Cert-Manager, Loki, Mimir, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Istio, Kyverno, Helm & Kustomize)\n\nDeep knowledge of Infrastructure-As-Code, Terraform and GitOps\n\nDeep understanding of networking and routing.
