Act as the key engineering interface between customer/project requirements, League R&D teams, and manufacturing plants to drive successful execution of customized solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for designing customized busway solutions basis customer/Project requirements - design, drawing, BOM, and related engineering documentation.\nEnsure designs meet customer specifications, applicable standards, and internal quality requirements.\nCollaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design manufacturability and production feasibility\nCoordinate with League R&D teams on design feasibility for customized requirements.\nValidate designs through simulations, calculations, testing, and other engineering verification methods as required.\nLead prototype development and validation activities to ensure performance, compliance, and reliability requirements are met.\nProvide technical guidance during the manufacturing of customized products, Support product inspections and quality validation activities.\nDrive product competitiveness through cost optimization, design simplification, Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives, and innovation to enhance product reliability, manufacturability, and overall market competitiveness.\nDrive continuous improvement in customized design processes and engineering efficiency.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.\nMinimum 5 years of product design and development experience.\nProven ability to independently execute design activities from concept through validation and release.\nPrior experience in Busway design or power distribution products preferred.\nExperience in product testing, prototyping, and manufacturing support is an advantage.\nSkills & Tools\nProficiency in CAD tools including AutoCAD, Creo, and Pro/E.\nStrong understanding of Busway systems, electrical distribution applications, and customer project requirements.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, design validation methodologies, and product lifecycle management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nKey Competencies\nCustomer-centric solution design.\nStrong technical and analytical skills.\nAttention to detail and engineering rigor.\nProblem-solving and decision-making ability.\nEffective stakeholder management and communication.\nOwnership mindset with strong execution focus.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced project environment.\nSuccess Criteria\nOn-time delivery of engineering outputs and customized designs.\nHigh first-time-right design quality with minimal rework.\nSuccessful execution of customization projects meeting cost, quality, and delivery commitments.\nImproved engineering productivity and reduced design cycle time.\nStrong collaboration and responsiveness across R&D, project, and manufacturing teams.\nRewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
