Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.\nServices Business at Schneider Electric is a 4B€ business with strong growth ambitions.\nTo enable this acceleration, Services Business is performing a Global transformation of its operating model, processes and digital capabilities (Offer, Pricing, Quotation, Service Execution)\nIn this context, the Senior Engineer I, Services, E2E Solution Business Analyst plays a key role to ensure the alignment of the Digital Solution which is delivered on the field and what is being built / developed in terms of platforms & interfaces.\nAs such, it will ensure countries can converge towards the target E2E Solution and that Services Business is digitally ready for:\nMeeting Services growthambitions\n\nServices offerslaunch, including hero offers (e.g. EcoCare)\n\nUNIFYdeployment(J2R / Journey-to-Readiness)\n\nWhat will you do?\nKey Responsabilities\nThe Senior Engineer I, Services, E2E Solution Business Analystis ensuring the convergence of country IT landscape towards target E2E solution, also ensuring the feedback loop from countries towards capabilities / platforms / interfaces.\nServices Transformation Program portfolio is expected to accelerate to more than 50+ active projects per year - typically 10 to 20 per geography - requiring a high level of anticipation, coordination and preparation.\nScope of the Transformation:Offer, Pricing, Quotation, Execution\nSupport country deployments - E2E Solution expertise role\n\nIn close relationship with the Digital Deployment Leader (also reporting to Services Digital Transformation Program Director), supportas-is assessment / gap analysis - between the current country IT/process landscape and the target one, andidentify / work on gap resolution actions.\n\nPropose functional / technical alternatives in terms of E2E Solution, to manage country requests yet limit overall solution complexity / enhancements.\n\nSupport Digital troubleshooting to identify root cause and support issue resolution pathway (if needed, leverage Digital Capabilities/ DTC teams)\n\nBe the bridge between country requests and digital build - E2E Solution coordination role\n\nFunnel enhancement requeststo Line of Business / Digital capabilities\n\nProvide feedback loop to country projects on enhancements delivery (what / when), linked to country requests\n\nContribute to digital build roadmap & governance - E2E Solution Build support role\n\nParticipate to E2E Solution Build governance (involving Digital Capabilities, E2E Solution Design, Delivery teams, …).\n\nParticipate toE2E Solution roadmap review and follow-up.\n\nWhat qualifications will make you successful?\nQualifications:\nBusiness or Engineering Degree.\n\n5+ years in Digital delivery and/or Program/Project Management.\n\nStrong foundations on ERP technologies (SAP & Oracle) and integration frameworks.\n\nKnowledge of CPQ and Service Execution platforms (esp Oracle, Salesforce).\n\nBusiness Analyst experience preferred.\n\nProven successful experience and track record in large scale business / digital transformation.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization, and in a multicultural environment.\n\nKnowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations is a strong plus\n\nTechnical Stack/Knowledge:\nRequirements\nStrong end-to-end functional expertise across core Services digital platforms:\n\nOracle CPQ4S -
