Your responsibilities will include:\nLeading the design and verification of both analog and digital electronics\nCreating, reviewing, and improving schematics to ensure technical excellence and design integrity\nDriving product industrialization with a focus on:Design for Manufacturing (DFM)\nDesign for Testability (DFT)\n\nEnsuring compliance with EMC and ESD requirements throughout the development process\nContributing to and strengthening quality processes, design controls, and engineering best practices\nCollaborating closely with PCB designers to optimize layout, performance, and manufacturability\nWorking alongside firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration\nEnsuring products meet applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards\nParticipating in design reviews, technical investigations, risk assessments, and key engineering decisions\nTaking ownership of products throughout their full lifecycle, from concept and development to successful mass production and ongoing product support\nWhat we're looking for\nWe're looking for a highly experienced engineer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to work independently and guide critical development activities.\nYou bring:\nExtensive experience (10+ years) in electronics design and verification.\nStrong expertise in:Analog and digital electronics design\nSchematic capture and electronic design tools\nEMC/ESD design principles, testing, and validation\n\nProven experience taking products from development into industrialization and mass production\nSolid understanding of:PCB design principles and layout considerations\nEmbedded systems and hardware-software interaction\n\nExperience working within structured development processes and quality management systems\nKnowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards\nThe ability to drive technical initiatives and make sound engineering decisions independently\nNice to have\nWhile not required, the following experience would be considered a strong advantage:\nWorking in cross-functional product development environments\nExperience from regulated industries such as Telecom, Fire & Safety, Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Solutions, or Building Automation\nKnowledge of verification methodologies and test strategies\nExperience with 230V designs and battery-powered systems.\nWhy this role?\nThis is an opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated electronics development in an environment where technical expertise is valued and where your decisions will directly influence product performance, reliability, and long-term success.
