You will play a key role throughout the full product lifecycle, contributing to technologically advanced and reliable solutions used globally.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, and maintain electrical hardware for 3-phase UPS and power converter products\nOwn electrical specifications, qualification, laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and reporting\nReview and ensure quality and compliance of electrical designs\nSpecify and qualify electrical components (breakers, fuses, contactors, SCRs, surge protection devices, power cables, etc.)\nCreate electrical main circuit diagrams, cable and harness designs, and technical documentation\nCollaborate with global R&D teams, factories, suppliers, and external stakeholders to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, quality, and efficiency\nSupport field failure analysis and root-cause investigations related to electrical components\nContribute to design reviews, standard compliance, and continuous product improvements\nShare knowledge, coach colleagues, and drive best practices across the organization.\n What qualifications make you successful?\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in electrical product development\nStrong hands-on experience with electrical design, laboratory testing, and troubleshooting\nSolid knowledge of electrical components, earthing systems, short-circuit protection, and applicable codes/standards\nExperience creating electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation\nFluent in English\nNice to have:\nExperience with 3-phase UPS electrical design\nKnowledge of EMC design and power system studies (harmonics, arc flash, system balancing)\nFamiliarity with UPS safety and performance standards\nExperience using SEE Electrical or similar design tools\nWhat We Offer\nYou will join a collaborative, agile R&D environment with opportunities to work on complex, high-impact products alongside global teams, while continuing to grow your technical expertise and career at Schneider Electric.\nLet us learn about you!
