The role coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and drives planning performance through effective KPI management.\n`\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\nProduction Planning & Scheduling\nPrepare and issue weekly production schedules for assembly lines aligned with capacity, demand, and material availability. Also ensure optimal sequencing and balancing of production lines to meet customer requirements.\nUpdate plans based on real-time changes in demand, supply constraints, or operational issues.\n HPS (Healthy Production Start) Leadership\nLead the Healthy Production Start (HPS) process by coordinating with all functions (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Project management and etc.).\nEnsure all prerequisites (materials, manpower, documentation) are available prior to production start.\nIdentify and mitigate risks that may affect production readiness.\nMilestone Tracking & Follow-Up\nMonitor and follow up on all production and project milestones to ensure they are on track.
