The role drives cost competitiveness, supplier performance, risk management, and business continuity while partnering with Category Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and R&D teams. The position serves as the key focal point for all EE commodity-related procurement activities, including supplier escalations, supply shortages, productivity programs, and sourcing strategy execution.\nWhat will you do?\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for EE commodities aligned with business and plant objectives.\nLead annual productivity initiatives through COS, QVE, supplier rebalancing, commercial negotiations, e-auctions, localization, and dual sourcing.\nManage procurement activities for semiconductors, ICs, passive components, PCBs, PCBAs, connectors, sensors, electro-mechanical and power electronic components.\nAssess, select, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers.\nLead supplier performance reviews focused on quality, delivery, cost, service, and sustainability.\nAct as escalation point for critical supplier and material shortages.\nDevelop supply risk mitigation and business continuity plans.\nSupport NPI, localization, and product transfer projects.\nMaintain productivity forecasts, dashboards, and savings reporting.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Global Category teams.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nAnnual Productivity Savings Achievement (negotiation + technical)\nCost Avoidance Delivery\nSupplier On-Time Delivery (OTD)\nSupplier Quality Performance (PPM)\nSupply Risk Mitigation Effectiveness\nInventory Optimization\n What qualifications will make you successful?\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.\nMinimum 7 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.\nAt least 5 years focused on Electrical & Electronics (EE) commodities.\nProven experience managing Electronic Components, PCB/PCBA, Semiconductors, Electro-Mechanical Components, Connectors, Sensors, and Power Electronics.\nExperience working with global suppliers and EMS partners.\nStrong track record in supplier negotiations, supplier development, and cost reduction programs.\nExperience managing supply shortages, allocation situations, and
