opportunities, and performance gaps through quantitative analysis.\nTranslate data into practical insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.\nConduct root-cause analysis and scenario modeling to support business and process improvement initiatives.\nMonitor key performance indicators and project performance metrics.\nMaintain a high level of accuracy, integrity, and consistency across analytical outputs. \nDashboard Development & Reporting Automation\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.\nCreate clear and user-friendly data visualizations that enable stakeholders to monitor business performance effectively.\nAutomate recurring reports to reduce manual work, improve reporting accuracy, and accelerate access to information.\nDevelop and maintain KPI tracking and performance-monitoring systems.\nEnsure consistency and data integrity across dashboards and reporting platforms.\nContinuously improve reporting solutions based on evolving business requirements and user feedback. \nDigitalization & Process Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to digitalize, simplify, and automate business processes.\nSupport automation and digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.\nGather business requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.\nLead or support continuous improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.\nEvaluate new digital tools and technologies based on business needs.\nContribute to the development of scalable reporting and automation practices across the organization. \nBusiness Partnering & Stakeholder Management\nCollaborate with stakeholders across with business teams to ensure dashboards and reports address operational and management priorities.\nPresent analytical findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.\nBuild effective working relationships and influence stakeholders through data-supported recommendations. \nExecutive Reporting & Data Storytelling\nPrepare executive-level presentations, performance reports, and management updates.\nTransform complex analytical findings into clear, relevant, and compelling business narratives.\nCommunicate insights in a way that supports informed and timely decision-making.\nPresent key trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.\nProvide training and guidance to end users on dashboards and reporting tools.\n What qualifications will make you successful?\nBachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nApproximately 3 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or digital transformation.\nProven experience developing interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and Power Pivot.\nStrong knowledge of data cleaning, validation, visualization, and data-quality management.\nExperience working with SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent platforms.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences. \nPreferred Skills\nMaster’s Degree in a relevant discipline.\nExperience in a manufacturing, supply chain, project management, operations, or multinational environment.\nPractical experience using Power Apps and Power Automate to improve business processes.\nExposure to AI-assisted analytics and reporting tools.\nExperience preparing executive presentations and management-level performance reports.\nStrong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional digital initiatives.\nAbility to work
