The role requires full ownership of assigned projects from customer handover to invoicing and payment collection with a clear focus on margin protection, digital execution, and customer satisfaction.\nThis position supports Schneider Electric’s digital transformation by utilizing tools such as mySchneider, Salesforce, and EcoStruxure Service Plans to streamline sales-to-execution transitions, contract creation, and progress tracking across the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities :\nProject Execution & Governance:\nLead the full life cycle of MV/LV electrical projects: scope validation, procurement, site works, commissioning, and handover. \nUse digital platforms for project creation, documentation, contract validation, and invoicing (e.g., mySchneider, Salesforce, ERP). \nConduct project kick-off meetings (internal and external), aligning stakeholders on scope, risks, and delivery plans. \nFinancial & Commercial Management:\nTrack and manage project financials (budget, revenue forecasts, gross margin). \nEnsure timely invoicing and proactive cash collection using digitally structured contracts and automated billing triggers. \nPrepare and present margin analysis and evolution during project review meetings. \nPlanning & Coordination:\nLeverage the digital tools to coordinate with Field Services, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure material readiness and execution sequencing. \nPlan manpower and tools in collaboration with FSR managers, ensuring alignment with HSE and quality plans. \nEnsure internal orders, subcontracts, and logistics align with contractual requirements. \nDigital Workflow Integration:\nValidate and monitor project and contract creation via Salesforce and digital sales portals, ensuring structured handover from Tendering. \nCollaborate with tendering and sales teams to review digital contract inputs and confirm execution feasibility. \nUpdate key milestones, payment terms, and progress in real-time via Schneider digital tools to maintain transparency and performance visibility. \nRisk, HSE, and Quality Control:\nDevelop and manage project-specific HSE plans (PPE compliance, risk assessments, training, etc.). \nIdentify risks early and implement mitigations; escalate when necessary to avoid schedule or financial impact. \nEnsure compliance with Schneider Electric quality standards and regulatory requirements. \nCustomer Engagement & Feedback:\nAct as the primary customer interface during project execution. \nCommunicate proactively on progress, changes, and risks. \nCapture and record customer feedback via satisfaction surveys at project close-out. \nClose-out & Continuous Improvement:\nOrganize and lead internal 'end-of-project' debriefs to document lessons learned and improvement actions. \nContribute to knowledge sharing, delivery tool improvements, and feedback into the offer development process. \n Required Profile\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering \nExperience: 8 years in project management of MV/LV equipment and packages, with a preference for retrofit and services work \nCertification: PMP® (mandatory); Schneider PM certification (if internal) is a plus\nTechnical & Business Skills\nDeep knowledge of MV/LV equipment, retrofit practices, protection schemes, and lifecycle solutions \nFamiliar with Schneider Electric’s legacy and current ranges (Masterpact, Easypact, Sepam, VAMP, etc.) \nUnderstanding of sales-to-execution processes via digital tools such as Salesforce, mySchneider, and ERP (SAP/Oracle) \nCommercial fluency: able to interpret payment terms, contractual clauses, and margin impacts \nExperience in customer change request management and negotiation \nBehavioral Competencies\nHigh ownership mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented \nExcellent stakeholder coordination and conflict resolution skills \nStrong communicator in English (Arabic is a plus) \nStructured in documentation, reporting, and financial tracking \nQuality-conscious with a service delivery attitude \nAble to operate under pressure and navigate complexity\nOther Requirements\nWillingness to travel across the Gulf region for site visits and customer engagements \nFamiliarity with Oil & Gas sector standards and public utility specifications is an advantage \nKnowledge in adjacent domains (SCAD\nRewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
