Mission

Шукаємо Senior Sales Representative (Building Segment), який відповідатиме за прибуткове зростання бізнесу Schneider Electric у сегменті Building через розвиток стратегічних відносин із клієнтами та партнерами, формування нових проєктних можливостей і розвиток стабільного проєктного портфеля в комерційній, житловій, громадській та багатофункціональній нерухомості.

У цій ролі ви будете супроводжувати проєкти від ранніх стадій до реалізації, впливаючи на технічні специфікації та просуваючи рішення Schneider Electric серед девелоперів, інвесторів, власників будівель, консультантів і підрядників. Ми шукаємо проактивного фахівця, який здатний координувати повний цикл продажу, забезпечувати виконання цілей щодо продажів, маржі та специфікацій, а також успішно конвертувати проєктні можливості в реалізовані замовлення через партнерські канали.

Key Responsibilities

• Розвиток бізнесу та клієнтів: будувати та розвивати відносини з девелоперами, інвесторами, власниками будівель, консультантами, проєктувальниками, підрядниками та партнерами, визначати пріоритетні можливості та розширювати присутність Schneider Electric у сегменті Building.
• Управління проєктною воронкою: виявляти та супроводжувати проєкти від ранніх стадій до реалізації, формувати стратегії розвитку можливостей та забезпечувати їх своєчасне просування через усі етапи продажу.
• Специфікації та вплив на проєкти: працювати з технічними командами та ключовими стейкхолдерами для включення рішень Schneider Electric до специфікацій, переліків схвалених постачальників і проєктної документації.
• Комерційне управління: готувати комерційні пропозиції, брати участь у переговорах, координувати питання ціноутворення, контрактів, постачання та керувати ризиками для успішної конвертації можливостей у замовлення.
• Співпраця з партнерською мережею: взаємодіяти з дистриб’юторами та іншими партнерами для забезпечення доступності рішень, реалізації проєктів і розвитку продажів через партнерські канали.
• Аналіз ринку та управління даними: відстежувати ринкові тенденції та активність конкурентів, представляти компанію на галузевих заходах і забезпечувати актуальність даних та прогнозів у CRM.

Qualification&Experience

• Вища освіта у сфері електротехніки, енергетики, автоматизації, будівництва, бізнесу або суміжній галузі.
• Від 3 років досвіду в B2B-продажах, роботі з ключовими клієнтами, проєктних продажах або розвитку бізнесу.
• Розуміння проєктних продажів, специфікацій, тендерів та партнерських каналів збуту.
• Сильні навички переговорів, презентацій та управління відносинами з клієнтами.
• Комерційне мислення та орієнтація на результат.
• Вільне володіння українською мовою та робочий рівень англійської.
• Впевнене володіння CRM та Microsoft Office.
• Готовність до відряджень по Україні до 50% робочого часута наявність водійського посвідчення категорії B.

Nice to Have

• Досвід у сферах електротехніки, автоматизації або будівельних технологій.
• Досвід проєктних продажів у будівельному секторі.
• Налагоджена мережа контактів серед ключових учасників ринку.
