In this context, our teams provide all the necessary functions for the management of major electricity distribution projects.\nIf you want to join the world of projects inEuropeand abroad, in a leading entity in these environments with strong technical challenges in electrical distribution, in order to be a major player in future data center programs, join our team.\nIn this context and in order to support the strengthening of the Purchasing division, Schneider Electric is recruiting a Senior Solution Buyer to contribute to a major program.\nYour role:\nReporting to the Solution Procurement Managerandproviding support for related purchasesMultisegmentEurope Solution center.\nYour missions:\nDefine and deploy the purchasing strategy for the families of products and services related to the program, in line with the requirements of a highly constrained field and in accordance with Schneider Electric's overall objectives.\nManage cost reduction initiatives (Value Engineering, change of suppliers, negotiation) while guaranteeing the control of subcontracting \nManage the strategic supplier relationship: selection, qualification, negotiation of contracts (price, deadlines, logistical conditions, quality and safety clauses).\nEnsure regulatory and contractual compliance (standards, customer requirements, certifications).\nParticipate in the upstream phases of projects (tendering) to integrate the purchasing strategy from the design stage.\nAssess and mitigate supply chain risks (supplier audit, continuity plans, contractual clauses).\nContribute to the purchasing database and the monitoring of performance indicators (cost, quality, deadlines, safety).\nSecure external procurement over the long term: implementation of framework contracts, sustainable procurement strategies and proactive management of disruption risks.\nEnsure regular reporting to management on purchasing KPIs, supplier performance and identified risks.\nThe role is based inSpain. You may have to travel 25% of the time.\nYour profile:\nEducation: Bac+5 in Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.\nExperience: 5 to 8 years in strategic purchasing, ideally in a complex industrial environment (energy, oil & gas).\nYour skills:\n Technical skills:\nKnowledge of industrial processes, \nMastery of ERP tools (SAP) and negotiation techniques.\nCost analysis, risk management, contractualization.\nE-House manufacturing Process Knowledge\nBehavioural skills:\nLeadership and ability to work in a matrix environment.\nExcellent communication and project management skills.\nRigour, sense of ethics and compliance\nSynthesis Capacity\nSpanish and EnglishFluent are essential.
