We are seeking an experienced operations leader who is passionate about people development, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead multiple warehouse teams and help drive improvements across productivity, inventory accuracy, cost, quality, and customer service.\nAs the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, accurate, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.\nYou will:\nLead and provide overall direction for multiple warehouse teams, establishing priorities and ensuring alignment with site and business objectives.\nOversee daily inbound, outbound, receiving, storage, picking, packing, material handling, and shipping operations.\nDrive improvements in warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance.\nDevelop and execute warehouse strategies that support both short-term operational requirements and long-term business objectives.\nEnsure strong inventory management and stock rotation practices, minimizing inventory discrepancies, damage, and material loss.\nEstablish, monitor, and improve warehouse KPIs, identifying performance gaps and implementing effective corrective actions.\nLead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, optimize material flow, increase efficiency, and reduce operating costs.\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and operational procedures, promoting a strong safety-first culture.\nManage workforce planning, labor utilization, scheduling, workload balancing, and resource allocation based on business demand.\nCoach, develop, and hold warehouse leaders and team members accountable for performance and results.\nPartner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, Customer Service, Quality, and other business functions to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.\nAnalyze complex operational challenges and independently develop solutions, recommending changes to processes, procedures, and policies when necessary.\nSupport budget management and identify opportunities to improve labor efficiency and overall operating costs.\nLead and support warehouse transformation, automation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.\n What qualifications will make you successful?\nBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nSignificant progressive experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.\nDemonstrated experience leading large or multiple operational teams, including experience managing and developing frontline leaders or supervisors.\nStrong knowledge of inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, material flow, fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse processes.\nProven track record of improving operational KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, safety, cost, and on-time delivery.\nExperience implementing Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.\nStrong leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.\nStrong understanding of warehouse safety and operational compliance requirements.\nExperience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and operational performance reporting.\nStrong communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.\nAbility to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment while managing multiple priorities.\nExperience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, industrial automation, energy management, distribution, or a related industrial environment is strongly preferred.\nBring your leadership and operational expertise to a team that's ready to welcome you!\nAt Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
